Refund Policy

All products sold on this site are digital ebooks delivered electronically. Because the product is downloadable and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the download has been made available to you — regardless of whether you have actually opened or read the file.
By completing a purchase on this site, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Because all sales are final, please review the book or bundle description carefully before purchasing. The free preview guide and the descriptions on the Shop and Bundles pages are there to help you decide if a title is right for you before you pay.
The one exception is non-delivery: if your payment goes through but you never receive any file at all due to a technical error on our side, that is a fulfilment failure, not a change of mind — email info@eynspace.in with your Payhip payment receipt and the book or bundle name, and we will redeliver the correct file. This is a replacement of the product you already paid for, not a refund of your money.
If you believe a purchase was made on your account without your authorisation, contact us immediately and also contact your bank or card provider, as they handle fraud disputes and chargebacks for card payments processed through Payhip.
